WHAT IS MUTUAL FUND:

Mutual fund is a big institution or a big fund that collect your money in the form of SIP or LUMPSUMP investment and invests in securities, stock market etc.

'It's a pool of big money that collect from various investors ' and managed by fund manager. They invest that fund in securities, bond's, and in listed companies.

MUTUAL FUND:

Mutual funds when you hered about mutual fund many people get scared

But by proper planning and analysis you can find a good mutual fund

Mutual fund is better than fd cause it gives you more returns than fd

Mutual funds are of different types:

Large cap

Small cap

Mid cap 

                 Mutual funds

Small cap mutual fund given you a very high return but it has high risk also in your 20s you can do these kind of investments.

Large cap mutual fund: 

It gives you a about 12% to14% of return more than FD large cap fund invest in Blue chip companies so it's quite safe

Mid cap fund: its investment are in mid cap companys so return and risk is moderate.

Mutual fund is best option for those who want to invest in share market but don't do cause of fear fund manager do that work for you with minimum charges.
