Relative strength index is the Full form of RSI 

The relative strength index was developed by J. Welles Wilderand published in a 1978 book, New Concepts in Technical Trading Systems.

Mostly RSI show overbought zone and over sold zone  trader and investors used on chart for their investment.

You can use it on any broker for free on trading view you can use it. It's most popular indicator it's a technical indicator.
